Introduction & Definitions

This terms and conditions document establishes an agreement between the qu9i platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). This document applies to all gaming services, financial transactions, bonus offers, and customer support services.

Definitions

• Platform: The qu9i website (qu9i.bar) and all services associated with it.
• Member / User: Any person who is registered on the qu9i platform and is using its services.
• Account: Each member's personal gaming account.
• Wager / Bet: The amount of money placed on any game or sports event.
• Balance: The total amount of funds currently in a member's account.
• Bonus: Additional funds provided as part of a promotional offer.

Although these rules are published in Bengali, the English version shall be considered authoritative in the event of any interpretive conflict. qu9i reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice; however, members will be notified of significant changes where possible.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the qu9i platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration, and qu9i reserves the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. The following must be ensured:

• Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated.
• The email address, phone number, and personal details provided must be valid and genuine.
• If the information provided is found to be false, qu9i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account.
• A national identity card or other valid document may be requested at any time for identity verification.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or payment method will be considered a rule violation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. Login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with any third party.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact [email protected] immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all betting and financial activity conducted through the account.
• If you forget your password, use the platform's recovery process or contact support.

The qu9i platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security technology to keep your information safe. However, qu9i will not be liable for any loss caused by hacking or unauthorized third-party access if the member themselves disclosed their credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the qu9i platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Correct account details must be used when depositing funds.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• qu9i reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud or where verification is required.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the qu9i platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. If any currency conversion fee or transaction charge applies, it will be communicated separately.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

qu9i offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: to make a ৳1,200 bonus withdrawable, a total of ৳30,000 (1,200 × 25) must be wagered.

• There may be a time limit for fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before it is converted to cash balance.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per member.
• If misuse or manipulation of a bonus offer is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
• qu9i reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• The terms of each bonus will be detailed on the relevant promotions page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and sports betting services provided on the qu9i platform are operated fairly and transparently. Games are run according to defined rules and outcomes are determined entirely by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once placed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Each game has its own betting limits — these will be displayed in the game interface.
• In sports betting, match results are calculated according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.3 VIP Program

qu9i has three VIP tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are entirely at qu9i's discretion and may change without prior notice.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a software error, disconnection, or other technical issue, qu9i reserves the right to review the matter and take an appropriate decision. In each case, a fair resolution will be sought with the member's interests taken into consideration.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu9i platform. If any such activity is proven, the account will be terminated immediately and all winnings will be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Misusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods in games.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using third-party payment methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.

qu9i uses fraud detection systems and actively monitors suspicious activity. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the qu9i platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of qu9i or its associated partners.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior permission is prohibited.
• Use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• qu9i's logo or trademark may not be used in any way without permission.

Limitation of Liability

qu9i is committed to providing fair and reliable service. However, qu9i will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their own login credentials with others.
• Temporary issues caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's gaming decisions.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.).

qu9i conducts regular maintenance for technical improvements and security, during which the service may be temporarily unavailable.

Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Account Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, please contact [email protected]. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances may not be withdrawable.

10.2 Account Closure at qu9i's Initiative

qu9i may suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.

In proven cases of rule violations, bonus winnings and associated balances may be forfeited.

10.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)

Dispute Resolution

• All complaints submitted in writing will be reviewed promptly.
• In the event of a dispute, qu9i's recorded logs and data will be considered authoritative.
• For complaints regarding game results, the records of the game software provider will be considered final.
• If a resolution is not reached within a reasonable time, alternative dispute resolution options may be pursued.

Changes & Contact

12.1 Changes to Terms

qu9i reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, it is advised to check this page regularly.
